Paper submission Deadline: November 1, 2024, at 11:59 pm CET (UTC +1).

Registration and participation fees are due by: May 1, 2025

Delegate Fees (Regular) 650 € (VAT included)

Delegate Fees (Student Conference Only) 350 € (VAT included)

Delegate Fees (Student With Doctoral Colloquium) 400 € (VAT included)

Delegate Fees (Doctoral Colloquium Only) 200€ (VAT included)

Cancellations made before 30th May 2025 will be reimbursed minus 20% of the total fee.

No reimbursement will be possible after that date.
